Thanks to years of historical research by the authors (both MCHS volunteers), Montgomery County now has its own volume of ghost stories.  In Search of Maryland Ghosts is a unique book featuring stories and histories - many contributed by guest authors - of Montgomery County's haunted places, including Greenwood (shown on the cover), the Cabin John Bridge, Annington, Great Falls Tavern, the Maryland Mine, Glenview, the Richter-King House (where George Atzerodt hid), and many more.  Organized by region, each story includes historical background on the sites and personalities involved.
