MCHS’s librarian, and other professional genealogists who volunteer their time, will help with your questions. The session is included with the library research fee (members free). Dr. Stonestreet Office Hours. Visit with Dr. Edward E. Stonestreet (as portrayed by MCHS interpretive docent Clarence Hickey) as he holds his regular office hours the second Sunday of every month. Learn the realities of 19th century medical treatments as Dr. Stonestreet shares his medical knowledge and teaches visitors to make pills and remove bullets. 12:00-4:00 in the Stonestreet Museum of 19th Century Medicine. Included with museum admission.

"The Civil War Comes to Rockville" as part of the 2013 Heritage Days celebration. Reenactments, lectures, music and other activities will be held throughout the City, including the MCHS grounds.
